CFT International Pty. Ltd. (formerly The Clean Food Training Company) was established in 1999 to support businesses involved in the production and service of food to comply with National Food Safety Standards.

Food Safety Training:
• Food Safety Level 1 is for people working in a kitchen, café, restaurant, school canteen, hotel, supermarkets or other food retail outlets, under supervision.(Also known as Food Safety Level 1, Food Handlers, RSF, Food Hygiene Training, Safe Food Handling)
• Food Safety Level 2 is for people who will be the Food Safety Supervisor and who have already completed Food Safety Level 1.

Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA)
The Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA Training) unit aims to provide liquor service staff with the knowledge and awareness necessary to responsibly serve alcohol in licensed premises.
